The number of women in the workplace is at an all time high and the trend shows this growth continuing. Women are in the workplace, and we’re here to stay… however, women’s choice in workwear has traditionally been very limited. There has always been a lack of clothing designed specifically for women in the workplace - until now.
D.W.W. was formed for just that reason-to empower women through their choice in clothing. We believe that by giving women an option of clothing to wear while working in the trades, they will know that there are those out there who understand how challenging it is to find practical clothing for women who choose a so-called “non-conventional” career.

Doe Work-Wear, Corp. was formed in 2007 and is based in Chicago, IL. They are the manufacturer and supplier of the D.W.W. line of women’s clothing. This clothing line is made specifically for women in the construction, industrial and blue collar trades, as well as for the ‘do-it-yourselfers’ that prefer to take on labor intense projects themselves on the home front. The Owner of Doe Work-Wear, Corp. is also an Owner and Principal for a specialty contracting company, Bartkowski & McDonald LLC, Firestopping Services. She has over eight years of experience in the construction industry.
